Energy / Heat Recovery Units

All of the available forms of heat recovery equipment are available in all, or some, of our ranges of equipment. This includes: plate recuperators, thermal wheels, run around coils, heat pipes and heat pumps.

Plate recuperators Available in all ranges of recupovent and air handling units with efficiencies between 45% to 80%. Various materials. Bypass dampers for 'free cooling'. No cross contamination.	Thermal wheels Good efficiencies 60% to 80%, best for air conditioning systems. Compact and controllable. Sensible and total heat transfer. Controller/regulator/ sensor available.
Run around coils Reasonable efficiencies 40% to 60%, compact, flexible. Available with matching pump packs and fill packs. Various construction materials. Ideal for separated supply and exhaust air units/systems.	Heat pumps Available in diwer range, good c.O.P. 2.7 to 3.5, compact, ideal for heating/cooling applications.
