Water chiller & heat pump for radient floor heating systems, air colled with centrifugal fans.
Capacities from 6 to 52 kW.
The CRR series have is a product that has been designed expressly designed to to be combined with radient floor, wall or ceiling systems.
These units can produce cold water at 15-18deg C at the evaporator outlet, allowing the direct connection to the radiant system unit; the energy efficiency is over 30-35% more than the traditional water chillers producing water at 7 deg C.
These products carefully executed in all details, offer high performance aand low noise level, for all the applications requiring the units to be installed inside technical cabinets.
The two available versions allow the choice of the most suitable model and solution to the given application, which is also thanks to the wide range of accessories.
The hydraulic kit accessory, complete with pump & tank, allows the CRR units to give the installer a complete unit with all the necessary components for the required capacities.

General
Sizes above 09 have scroll compressors c/w crankcase heaters, thermal protection.
Evaporators are brazed-plate type made from stainless steel AISI 316.
Fans are double inlet, double width, forward curved type c/w guard, and directly driven via electric motor for sizes 04 to 15; larger sizes have pulley & belts.
Condensers are made from copper pipes and aluminium fins.
Control & safety system: incorporating microprocessor, capacity control based on the water return temperature , setting of the operating parameters, visulization of the evaporator inlet & outlet temperatures, visualisation of the alarms, settings of the protection timings of the compressors, rest of the alarms, automatic restart after voltage black-out.
Control Board: completely weatherproofed in a cabinet, it includes power supply terminals, automatic mains switch, and contactor for the compressor.
Refrigerant circuit. Includes: drier filter, thermostatic expansion valve, high pressure switch with manual reset, low pressure switch with automatic reset. The 'H' version has a 4 way valve and the liquid receiver included.
Frame: Polyester powder coated, steel base frame and structure, with aluminium panels and stainless steel fixings.
Hydraulic kit: Includes buffer tank, expansion vessel, recirculation pump, air releif valve, water discharge valve & flow switch.
